I. Quality principles must be observed:
1.1 Before the construction, technical personnel shall be familiar with construction drawings and related technical data, and know engineering, construction and acceptance criteria well to prepare professional construction scheme.
1.2 Be familiar with civil engineering process and know the civil construction progress in a timely manner.
1.3 Carry out self inspection after the completion of the construction, and fill in construction self inspection record, summary and detail drawings.
1.4 Before construction, technicians shall disclose their real intentions to the group members seriously and carefully, to make sure they can master the key points of construction and lay a good foundation for the quality of installation.
1.8 Conduct working procedure disclosure. When the previous working procedure is finished, a hand-over system shall be established for the next working procedure. First, the worker of the previous working procedure shall perform disclosure. Once the worker of the next working procedure found the previous working procedure is unqualified, shall have the right to reject to construction. Before the verification of a superior department, shall ensure the normal requirements of the next working procedure to require the next working procedure coming into construction until the previous working procedure qualified after verification. Otherwise, shall not enter into the construction of the next working procedure.
1.9 Handle affairs in accordance with construction procedures, and organize reasonable and civilized construction. When a mission is assigned, shall make quality standards and requirements clear, and strictly adhere to “four insists” and “four prohibits” principles.

Adhere to the working system of three checks and two evaluations (self check, mutual check, special check, primary evaluation and reevaluation).

II. In the overall project management, implementing a whole process of quality control is a necessary measure to ensure the project quality of key steps.
Key points of whole process of quality control:
2.1 Perform quality control on raw materials and components and fittings procurement.
2.2 Re-check site quality orientation, project orientation basis, axes and level control points. Handle the formal handover formalities after the recheck is correct.
2.3 Examine the field quality assurance system; check detection personnel allocation and steel structure subproject quality inspection and certification.
2.4 Urge relevant personnel to check if construction machines are in good condition.
III. To ensure the quality of the project can reach high quality standard, we must achieve the following points:
3.1 First, establish a sound project management network and quality management system, and define and make the relations among all parties of steel structure project construction clear.
3.2 From the beginning of in- depth design, in- depth design personnel must be familiar with drawings and be capable of deepening all nodes to make them more operable. After the in-depth design is completed, must have a professional engineer in charge of proofread and review. All medications to construction drawings must have evidences and be signed by designers.
3.3 Material procurement must be strictly performed in accordance with procurement procedures of ISO09001 quality assurance system. During the process of preparation, we may invite supervision engineers and owner units to come to the preparation and production site for guidance and supervision to help the quality of preparation further improved.
3.4 Review the preparation information carefully before material installation, check if there is any member deformation. Correct or reproduce the materials once quality problems are found, and non-conforming products are not allowed to access to construction field.
3.5 Project construction must be performed in accordance with construction acceptance standards. In the construction process, we must achieve “three inspections” (self inspection, mutual inspection and handover inspection); correct problems proposed by supervision engineer timely and make sure no non-conforming products access to the next working procedures, so as to ensure “who is in charge of construction and responsible for quality” and improve their finished product protection awareness.
