3. Service principle: product warranty period is 12 months, in the warranty period the supplier will replace the damaged components of the house free of charge due to quality. For damaged parts beyond the warranty period, only cost price will be charged for the fittings supplied, the damage caused by human factors of the buyer, fittings repaired or provided by the supplier will be charged at cost price.
