Established in 2003 with a registered capital of RMB 30 million, Fuzhou Shuren Modular House Group Co., Ltd. is a conglomerate mainly engaged in design, production and service associated with new building materials such as modular integrated house, steel structure, color-coated steel, galvanized contour plate and floor support plate. The Group has many China-based subsidiaries and business divisions with more than 400 employees.

   In 2014, the Group ranked the second place among modular house providers of China, and became modular house enterprise in Fujian Province, possessing 60% of the market share in Fujian. In 2016, the Group ranked the first place among modular house providers of China for the export volume, which is currently professional operator of modular house.

   The Group has an annual output of integrated house of more than 3 million square meters, steel structure of 450 thousand tons, color-coated sandwich plate of 18.6 million square meters, contour plate of 5 million square meters, and floor support plate of 3 million square meters. The products are exported to more than 60 countries and regions, and have been widely used to build temporary office, dorm and warehouse in the fields of construction site, petroleum, water conservancy, mining, exploration, military and government procurement. Shuren Group was also one of the building contractors of international and domestic key projects, such as Fuzhou Union Hospital SARS emergency building in 2003, temporary 10000 resettlement houses project after Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008, Ebola treatment project in Liberia aided by PLA General Logistics Medical Department in 2014, campsite for 7 of 10 sections in Mombasa-Nairobi high-speed railway project (built by China Road and Bridge Corporation), Ecuador Project on 200 Education Units (generally contracted by China Railway No. 9 Group), Philippines Drug Rehabilitation Center Project (sponsored by Beijing Century Golden Resources Group), Philippines 5500 health clinics project for primary and secondary schools (led by the Ministry of Health of the Philippines).

    As a member of China Steel Construction Society, China Construction Metal Structure Association, and China Thermal and Sound Insulation Material Association, Shuren Group has passed International Quality System Certification of ISO9001: 2000, with independent right to import and export.
