In order to avoid the losses caused by the collision and friction in loading and unloading, during the loading process.

3. Content
3.1 Specification for loading operation
1) Should be neatly arranged, stacked in order, avoid damage during transportation.
2) When loading, the skeleton structure of the house should be uplifted for stacking, should not be pushed and pulled by a large margin in the box or among the materials, in order to avoid damage of the oil paint of the skeleton structure.
3) In the loading process, if skeleton encounters water, the water should be removed before loading, in order to avoid rust.
4) Skeletons of larger weight and size should be stacked at the bottom of the case, use batten and particleboard to separate between each layer of skeleton.
5) In the loading process, the skeleton should be handled gently, do not throw or litter, so as to avoid the damage and distortion of the skeleton.
6) When the skeleton is placed on one side of the plates, it should be separated between the plate and the skeleton using wrappage (particleboard), so as not to cause damage from the side of the plates.
7) Erectly stacked skeleton should be reinforced, make support, to make it more stable.
1) When the first board is placed at the bottom of case, pad for protection (air cushion film) must place at the bottom of the case first.
2) When there is contact between the flatwise plates and the erectly stacked plates, the effective use surface of the erectly stacked plates should be protected, and should be separated by protection materials (particleboard).
3) When there is contact between the erectly stacked plates and the skeleton, in order to protect the lateral and vertical surface of the EPS plates, protection materials should be used for separation.
4) When there is contact between the erectly stacked plates and the body of the case, protection materials should be used for separation (air cushion film).
5) Plates edge-on or flatwise must be filled in with wrappage, avoid the indefinite shaking of the goods during transportation, resulting in scratch of the plates.
6) When loading and stacking the plugboard, seam allowance of the plugboard bead should touch the wall of the box, so as to avoid damage in interface, resulting in failure of construction and installation.
7) When loading of corrugated board, one corrugated part should be stacked into another, to avoid scratch damage of the coating on the plate in the process of transportation.
8) In the loading process, if the plate encounters water, the water should be removed before loading, avoid rust. When loading, both sides of the plate should parallel, in order to avoid indefinite shaking and material damage due to unevenness.
9) The plate edge-on, if there are two layers in the vertical direction, use particleboard for isolation between the first layer and the second layer.
10) The plates in case should be stacked in sequence from long plates to short plates from the bottom up, to avoid that the long plates are placed above the short plates; the long plate may be hung in the air and cause plate broken.
2) When the window is in contact with the skeleton, the window should be isolated by the protection materials（particleboard）.
3) The plastic steel, colour steel and al-alloy door & window must be erectly placed.
4) When loading the shutter of modular house, the shutter should be pasted with a 50mm thick polyphenyl block, underlay each of the shutter. To prevent the window handle or the screen window is stressed and damaged.
5) Doors and windows can be placed edge-on or vertically when loading.
6) If the doors and windows are placed edge-on when loading, the up, down, left and right sides of the doors and windows should isolated using protection materials to separate the doors and windows with other goods.
7) If the doors and windows are placed erectly when loading, then the inner side of the erected doors and windows should be smooth, avoid unevenness, which may cause deformation of the doors and windows as well as the damage of the glass.
8) The outer side of the erected doors and windows should be reinforced or use other goods to ward off, in order to avoid damage of the doors and windows during transportation.
9) Composite board door should use air cushion film as the pad when stacked in the case, the cut specifications air cushion film to should be decided according to the size of the door, each door must use air cushion film as the pad.
1) Profiling parts should be stacked in order when loading; lighter goods should be placed above.
2) Profiling parts should not be pushed and pulled when loading, so as to avoid damage of external packaging.
1) Floor tiles, single bed, double bed and baffles can be placed transversely or erectly.
2) Wooden case should be loaded according to correct plug-in mounting position. It should be placed erectly according to the signs on the cases. Placing upside down and slanting is prohibited.
3) Fragile items (mineral wool, aluminum buckle, and PVC suspended ceiling PVC pipe fitting) basically use carton packaging. They are placed above other goods which are not fragile. No other heavy goods should be placed above the fragile items.
4) The goods should be placed evenly on both sides in the case. Avoid sliding of goods during transportation.
5) If the goods are susceptible to water, pay attention to damp proofing, should use packaging materials during when loading.
6) Items with carton packaging should be placed in order when loading in the case, stacked neatly.
7) Floor tile should be placed vertically and light goods should be stacked above it.
8) Suspended ceiling should be placed in order when loading in the case, should not be placed on other uneven items, so as to avoid the damage of the plates.
3.2 Precautions for loading:

1) When lifting the plates, two hands should hold the up and down side of the plates, can not just hold the iron sheet, and should lift overhead to pass it to the workers on the truck.
2) When lifting and loading the long plates, there should be worker to lift in the middle position and should lift it overhead, the worker at the front should pass the plates to the workers on the truck, load slowly and carefully.
3) The corrugated board should be lifted and loaded piece by piece, and should not hold the two sides only but should hold the inward side and should be placed in the case horizontally.
4) When loading, protection materials should be placed between the plate and the skeleton such as polystyrene board and particleboard for isolation to avoid damage.
1) When lift and load the roof beam, the middle and the corners should also be lifted, and should be placed in the case horizontally.
2) The skeleton in the loading process should be handled gently and should not be thrown, so as to avoid damage to the parts of the skeleton, causing failure of installation.
3) When loading heavy skeleton, should pay attention to the protection of film, avoid scratching.
4) When loading small items, should not throw casually and should be stacked in order.
1) When loading the windows, two workers should lift two sides of the window and pass it to the worker on the truck, and should be placed vertically in the case, and one worker should hold the window on the truck to avid falling down and causing damage.
2) Composite plank door also should be placed horizontally, and two workers should lift it overhead, hand it to the workers, and should be placed horizontally, thin film and sheeting should be used between two layers as pad for separation.
3) Lighter items should be stacked above the doors and windows, should not stack skeleton or other heavy objects, so as to avoid the damage caused by press of doors and windows.
4) When stacking the doors and windows in the case, pay attention that the up and down side of the doors and windows should not be placed in the reverse direction to avoid falling of sash and causing damage.
