  HR Assurance Measures

1. According to the determined field management institution, build up a project construction management, and choose a high quality of construction management team and operation team for the construction of the project.

2. According to the characteristics of the project, the quantity and construction schedule requirements, determine the plan on labor requirements of every stage of construction. Organize labors to enter into the field in accordance with construction schedule and plans.

3. In terms of workers, shall choose workers with rich construction experience and select construction teams by priority. When it comes to workers coming into the field, shall do a good job in education and technical hand-over involving security, technology, fire prevention and civilization construction. Workers are allowed to take the post after pre-job training. Construction personnel of special type must attend the training and have the certificate of approval.

4. Conduct technology, safety, ideology and legal education for workers to make them set up the correct thought of quality first and safety first; abide by relevant construction and safety technical regulations; comply with local public security laws and regulations. Do a good job in worker legal education and civilization construction education, put an end to illegal and criminal actions and establish a good image of our company.

5.Do a good job in civilization construction, environmental protection education and legal education before workers entering into the field; handle in-and-our permits in accordance with regulations and make effective measures and those who without the permit shall not be allowed to enter the field. 

6. Life and logistics support: before a large number of workers coming into the site, we must arrange logistics work properly and take employers clothes, food, accommodation, transportation and medical care into full consideration, and implement these items seriously so as to fully mobilize the workers enthusiasm on production.

7. Construction personnel of special type must attend the training and have the certificate of approval. Welders must conduct trail welding under site conditions and be allowed to go to work after qualified.
